School Withdrawal Form Instructions

Electronic Submission of School Withdrawals

January 10, 2006 the Board approved the form allowing Schools to send withdrawals online. The form is optional but available for use instead of paper submissions. Each school is responsible for inputting the correct withdrawal information and maintaining records of the withdrawal as required by 21 NCAC 14I .0106.

To input each withdrawal please follow the directions below:

Step One: Information Input

Enter in the school information including the school name, school code, and official school email address previously registered with the School Department as well as the student information and performances.  Make sure to check the box to certify the information as true and accurate.
