School Enrollment Form Instructions

Electronic Submission of School Enrollments

January 10, 2006 the Board approved the form allowing Schools to send enrollments online. The form is optional but available for use instead of paper submissions. Each school is responsible for inputting the correct enrollment information and maintaining records of the enrollment as required by 21 NCAC 14I .0106.

To input each enrollment please follow the directions below:

Step One: School Identification

Enter in the school information including the school name, school code, and official school email address previously registered with the School Department. Click Save School Info and Continue.

Step Two: Individual Enrollment

Enter in the individual's information. Click Add Student. Enter in the next student's information until all students are added.
